  We rented a 2026 Chevy blazer over the weekend, and my teenage son leaned against the rear quarter panel, and it dented it. I should have taken care of it while we had the rental, but I returned it and now they want to charge me $650 for damage. It's a non-scratched simple body panel dent that you can pull out with suction, but they have the upper hand. Do I have an argument that the vehicle is insufficiently durable and we shouldn't be charged? Hoping for #weirdcarmastodon op...

  For any Californians here, I was on a panel with Xavier Becerra once, and he was a really stand up guy with a good grasp of transportation needs of the working class. If I was a resident, I’d be working for him to be governor- a no drama guy with great command of subject matter and politics
