    #venting One of my best friends ended up homeless. He&#39;d been living in the streets, not having a good time but surviving. There even seemed to be some hope he&#39;d find a place to stay this week after some generous donations plus his salary being paid. Today his laptop got stolen. I am physically incapable of not feeling his pain. But I can&#39;t do anything about it anymore. So I just sit here and suffer. Wish I could make his problems go away. Wish I could do something I already did...

    Bleargh. I have learned many homekeeping skills in preparation for moving away from my parents (which hopefully should happen early next year--) -- But I have yet to learn how to make an appropriate amount of food. I always make too much or too little.
