    i don&amp;#39;t know who needs to hear this, but you do not have to cook. so long as you&amp;#39;re getting the calories and nutrients your body needs, it doesn&amp;#39;t actually matter what you feed yourself. cheese and crackers, protein shakes, raw fruits and veggies, it all counts and it&amp;#39;s so much easier.
