  Do you like #mMass? A great tool for #MALDI-TOF MS data analysis. I created a #flatpak for it at https://flathub.org/apps/org.mmass.mMass The author abandoned the tool and I am keeping it on live support for Linux.

  https://flathub.org/apps/pl.nieto.fityk is another oldie in signal processing, but I was able to preserve it inside a #flatpak package on Linux.

  #JChemPaint based on @cdk really is a gem from the 90s. The 2D chemical structure editor got a beta release yesterday after nearly a decade and during the #CDK25UGM hackathon I created a #flatpak at https://flathub.org/apps/io.github.jchempaint.JChemPaint for it.
