  In a tasty AI failure at work, some higher-up used it to set up email groups and calendar invites but it's totally messed up because random people (me included) are getting sensitive emails and repeated invites. No-one knows how to fix it so now they're gonna have to start again and use an actual human to set them up. Tell me again how AI is gonna make us more "productive" 🤣
