  Question: What exercises can i do while being bound to bed and my feet hurts? I hurt my feet and did go to the doc but now it could be that i am bound to bed for some time until some checkups are done and no exercise at all is suboptimal. So what im asking for are exercises that have at best no pressure on the feet.
