The biggest culture shock to me since I moved to the Fediverse is the #Introduction ritual. Who you are, where you from, what you do for a living, your interests, your political views, your gender and your orientations, everything about you. All of this left me with a feeling of envy. Living with so much trust and little fear must be nice. Growing up in a place where revealing these at BEST means trouble. I cannot do this.

Hadn't planted any Daffodil last year, I thought maybe I should fold more paper ones. This time following another method (Origami Around: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqR_ZK7xc_U). A4 paper with watercolour as colouring as usual. #origami #papercraft #daffodil

Made some paper Camellia flowers, as mine died in recent year's heatwave. Also made more Daffodil flower heads, they basically have nowhere to go at the moment. So I stored them in my mechanical clock's case. Maybe they'll stay there for the season. A4 paper, watercolour. #origami #papercraft

The flowers were okay, although I wish I could get them to have five petals. The real pain lies in the stems and the leaves. A4 printer paper struggles to grab my green watercolour paint, as always, and without wires, the long paper stems really are fragile. In the end the result is just okayish. Anyway, it's Co...
