@steventdennis Sean Casten is here. He's the only one I know of.

@steventdennis Cant say I'm surprised. Big question for me in all this has been where will the official gov and news org accts go (post, masta, stay on twitter?). Right now I'm following anyone official I find here as encouragement, even if I didn't over at the birdsite. Off to find Beyer's acct now.

@steventdennis I used to work at a library back in the early aughts and this was a concern even back then.

@SarahMackAttack I had a cat who did that with paper wads. She would carry them up the steps to the landing, turn around and fling them down the steps. Bat them down til the bottom, then repeat. She also played fetch. I miss that cat.

I love mine. 6 years of snow, ice, sand and mud and the original carpet still looks new underneath them.

@buzzerblog I watched half of an episode and I was pretty bored.

@steventdennis a little too antler-y, but do you really get your own private waterfall??

@famousblueben Agreed. I was pretty meh about the idea but seeing it actually happening is pretty cool. I think we'll see more passing as they get more aggressive.

@Gigawatt121 True story...back in the day I had every ST:TNG taped on VHS tapes. 6 episodes per tape. I carted those things around for years. It was the only way to own them before DVDs.

@kissane Wow. That was a very interesting read. I don't want to rehash what you wrote. I will say that if a goal of the fediverse is to grow Mastadon that those people behind that effort should read and absorb your findings. Especially around navigation, setup and general confusion. Thanks for compiling this.

@pinkoos @twhitty I blame my 50 year old ears. I have similar issues with many British accents on TV. It's me, not them.
