Regional governments are faced with paying recruitment bonuses to send their men to die while at the same time covering all their other expenses. I suppose regional leaders are as insulted as the federal leaders but maybe not?

Drones kill, they rarely wound. That fact means Russia’s demographic decline has accelerated, its ability to sustain its population is in doubt.  #uspolitics #ukrainewar
