  There's a new AI music generator with zero artist guardrails - you can generate a song in the style of any artist, for free. Those capabilities will be removed as law suits pour in, but this seems to be the marketing norm for genAI now... Break through the noise by infringing on existing IP and grab as much attention as possible before being forced to lock things down. And, yes, I succumbed. I made a Talking Heads song about my podcast and an Ian Dury song about my old school friend...

  Watched Little Pink House with the always incredible Catherine Keener over the weekend. True story about a woman trying to prevent her house being taken under 'eminent domain' for a Pfizer development. People in the US are being threatened the same way now to make way for AI data centers and the infrastructure needed for them. I get the whole 'public good' argument, but to echo the film's argument... its just not right.
