  My eye is not yet 100% back from the last surgery and the next has been scheduled. September 15th they'll adjust the lens placement (and run another GATT to wrangle the pressure) and we'll see if round 2 can free me from the trailing ghosts down and to the left of every object!

  Surgery 2 complete, this time only under local anesthesia. Interestingly, that does fully blind the eye being worked on. There is now a starry sky in my bad eye as the nerves wake up, the visual equivalent of pins and needles... Really wish I could record that internal experience to share it.

  It's time for everyone's (least?) favourite game, check in on the post op recovery! Day 1 you can see the bleeding from where they went through the eyelid to inject freezing and you can actually see just how foggy it is inside the eye just by looking through the cornea. Would not recemend being conscious for eye surgery, but seeing is good so I guess just don't do it recreationally!
