@waldo.net My approach may be rather draconian for some If you're not in my Contacts already your text or phone call is stopped cold until I can verify If you can't leave me a coherent voicemail, your number is blocked If I have no interest in the subject of your text, your number is blocked "Oh!!!! But I could ***never*** do that!!! I'm too, too, too important and my life can't continue if strangers can't get in touch with me!!!"...

@EricBono "AI slop "art" and other AI content should be banned and reportable across the fediverse, not just on a few servers." The problem is that 99.8% (being generous here) of the people braying #AISlop! AISlop! AISlop! have absolutely no idea what they're talking about, and particularly have never heard of Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop -- both of which I've used daily for over a decade AI Slop has become the latest goto for the S...

Why am I feeling such a massive cognitive disconnect about this: @ AP: "Officials sought phone records of NYT journalists and their relatives in an effort to unmask sources" @ NYT: "Trump Says New Air Force One Will Be Taken Out of Service to Be ‘Maxed Out’ The Qatari-donated plane has been under scrutiny over whether it is fitted with sufficient defensive capabilities to adequately protect a U.S. president and others traveling on it." So Exactly what scores and scores...

It's a day ending in 'y' so, off we go...
