I made breakfast this morning, vegemite, fried egg and cheese on toast. I get a variety of reactions for this one, with some people being oddly disturbed by eggs and vegemite? Anyway it slaps and the salt helps with the autonomic dysfunction so I dont fall asleep after eating for the first time in a day + the protein helps keep my blood sugar stable for the day. Also, tasty. Also i really want to repaint the kitchen counter, my sister did such a bad job of it when she did it a couple of years a...

I&#39;m almost up to attaching this new base onto my old backpack. It&#39;s one I got way back in highschool, and the base was PU leather and this sheet foam stuff and it was disintegrating, so using bits of jeans that have been cut off in the process of hemming to make a new base. repairing your shit is punk.

Insomnia strikes again. I keep having this thing where there I&#39;ll get super awake and restless? restless legs/leg pain/urge to move. A few friends who have similar chronic pain to us who live in the same city also will end up awake/insomniac/restless at the same time, its unsettling! My best bet atm is its in response to distant earthquakes? Earthquakes far enough away that we cant feel them, but if you&#39;re paying enough attention you might feel a little buzzy with the aftershock...

New base sewn on, which was trickier than expected to line up/pin but its on now. I need to double check that its all solidly on but at least i dont have to deal with any more pins.

Planning a trike ride tomorrow and im really excited for it. I gotta figure out a rig sometime so I can take my forearm crutches with me and not just a folding cane. I think I have some ideas? Just gotta trial and error stuff for a bit i think. If i knew 3D modelling I think i could 3d print something thatd work well, but i suspect instead itll be hooks, pool noodles and cable ties.
