  #Tumblr is a special place. Sometimes you bear witness to people crowdsourcing/mass-hallucinating an entire 70s movie out of thin air, complete with music, meta, fanfic, posters, fake discourse, & fanart. And other times you bear witness to people arguing with their whole chest that what’s wrong with a street gang infamous for literally hundreds of gang warfares murders is that their name is ableist.

  This is the last photo of Stryder there will ever be. At 1:50 pm, a little over an hour ago, Stryder was put down, lying on his favorite bed. He was 16 years old and had cancer. Stryder was my brother's childhood pet and leader of the home pack since my dad's chocolate Lab Cocoa passed in 2014. He was a firm but fair leader who helped dozens of dogs acclimate and learn to socialize. I guess that makes his sergeant, Bolt, the leader now. 1/2
