Season 2 - “Lucky“ (2026) Really digging this Melbourne indie rock, post punk band’s new and only album. It’s a blend of jangle-pop and angular guitar driven post-punk. Nice vocal harmonies and the cover art is groovy. . As the album description on Bandcamp says, it’s for fans of The Feelies, The Vaselines and The Clean. Short tracks are nice, too. Most are under 2min. #music #IndieRock #JanglePop #PostPunk #Melbourne https://season-2.bandcamp.com/track/lucky

Haven’t heard this song in years. It really exemplifies the mid 90s culture as I experienced it. Still catchy as ever too. I got this song from a promo-CD from the label called “The Gigantic Recording Corporation Proudly Presents Volume II”. For anyone feeling nostalgic. #music #pop #90smusic https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HEa5_Ki33nA&list=RDHEa5_Ki33nA

Jeremiah Chiu - “Plastic Mind / Elastic Machines” (2026) Not a huge electronic music guy, but this one really grabs my ear. Chiu is a community organizer, graphic designer, artist, synthesist, and educator. He’s currently a lecturer at Otis College of Art & Design and Art Center College of Design, a resident DJ at Dublab, and also performs in Los Angeles both solo and with a variety of artists. #electronic #improvisational #music #jazz https://intlanthem.bandcamp.com/track/plastic-...

By far my favorite period of Rollins’ non-Black Flag music. The early days of Rollins Band. And this video starts with my all time favorite track, “Black and White”. Way better live than the studio version on his solo album from 1986. #music #rock #HardRock #punk #metal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0m6I2do5qdI

If you need a car, have no job or credit, and are in the San Antonio area, I suggest the Kelley Autoplex. Shit, you don't even need a license! 😂 https://www.tiktok.com/@kelleyautoplexsa/video/7670654919141117197

Plaster Head - “The Cult is a Work in Progress” (2025) Interesting new post-hardcore punk rock trio from New Jersey. This is their only album, and this is my favorite track. I hear a lot of mid-80s indie rock mixed with some early 80s post-punk (angular guitars, some clean, some highly distorted). The modern sound gives it a real punch too. The one review on this BC page says this is the new Fugazi. C’mon, man! It's good, but let's not get crazy here. Well worth a listen. https://...

This is really cool. Someone took recently released archive video footage of the Velvet Underground concert in Dallas, 1969 and synced it up with a fan recording of the same show. Pretty good results. Great vibes. #music #video #VelvetUnderground https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XwgkhIkSZFo&list=RDXwgkhIkSZFo

An extremely rare shellac master of "Cross Road Blues". Recorded in 1936 and pressed in 1940. Amazing sound quality 🤯 #blues #guitar #music https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gmnNi8oPsrQ
