    Today has been a day I had some things I had been procrastinating that needed to get done. I ran about half the errands and then my car wouldn&amp;#39;t start turns out there&amp;#39;s a settlement for the battery. 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

    I&amp;#39;m home for Christmas and it&amp;#39;s rough. Even with all my newish DBT skills I&amp;#39;m having a hard time. Although I&amp;#39;m more aware of things like gaslights and manipulation when I see it.

    Holidays are rough for me. I honestly would rather be exempted most of the time.

    Last night I found out the weather might be bad in northern California and Oregon, which l would need to drive through to get home from my holidays. I had a big panic and freak out not wanting to delay getting home. But I eventually came to terms with delaying. It&amp;#39;s not the end of the world to wait a couple days. 🤞 the weather will improve.
