  i don't really have a reason to ever feel sad for very long because i feel very loved and it combats any negativity that pops up in my life. I think that its important to keep the things that make you happy very close to you and to be kind to yourself when you can. No self pity. Stopping to tell myself "u know what, i deserve something nice" has been good.
