@techlore@social.lol You want to be able to upload videos automatically, but YouTube is blocking your PeerTube server’s IP? Is that correct? What does that have to do with residential proxies?
If you were to upload through residential addresses, how does that affect federation?

@AnachronistJohn@zia.io Much of federation relies on a consistent IP address. When the IP address is constantly cycling people struggle to 'find' the server if that makes sense? (based on my understanding :P, if someone has a better understanding definitely share!) PeerTube isn't granular with this, and either *all* PeerTube traffic is proxied, or none.
