Sometimes when I think about GMing for a new group, I imagine maybe there might be too many players wanting to join, so I announce we'll be playing by Blackleaf rules - your character dies, you leave the game. but that's just a fantasy, I can't get a minimum number of players cat-herded at the same time, so I'll never get too many players, so I'll never get to make that joke
