@to@fosstodon.org how is rust for web? What other ecosystems have you used before and how is it in comparison?

@alavi@techhub.social I've mainly used PHP, Javascript/Typescript (front and back) and a bit of Go before going with Rust and I wouldn't go back for anything in the world ^^ Once you're productive in Rust (which takes more time than PHP our Node.js, I won't lie), you can prototype stuff with it pretty fast, and then clean things up after that.
