An employer that provides a Fediverse account for employees already knows the age of those employees. Same for a university that provides accounts for students, faculty and staff.

@jwildeboer@social.wildeboer.net @hpod16@eupolicy.social as a parent, I can say that kids are not just passive consumers of digital technology. They love to create, they love to communicate, and they love to play. Especially for connecting with family and friends across long distances, digital technology can be a great way to do that.
