I’m at a point in my career where it could all fall apart very suddenly, and the cost-of-living crisis would make things even more perilous. I couldn’t agree more about housing. A house should be a home, not an investment, not a plaything, not holiday accommodation. Multiple house ownership should be strongly disincentivised by taxation.
