Can anyone enlighten me as to this odd tanker? It had what appear to be three air scoops on each side facing forward, and three tubes facing backward as if to do suction. There were no hazchem signs or clues as to contents, all stainless, 2 or 3 ~40mm stainless pipes ran from the tank(s) to the rear to simple valves and covers afaict. Were they just drying it out between loads??
