They’re mine too. I served as unofficial counselor to numerous people in the community. Everybody come in, bitching about their problems and who did what in their families.

If they thought you were “the town counselor” then as a counselor your duty is not to divulge what people told you in confidence unless it was a crime, then you have a duty to report it.
