It seemed to me they were doing fairly well with Grok until he directly meddled & ruined it.

From what I recall Grok was an offshoot of an older version of ChatGPT. I doubt Elron is doing a great job with development, but it does seem to basically work currently. I have a friend who started paying xAI/Tweeter $40 a month because he “wants to make a movie” but wasn’t satisfied. Hmm
