@alx@mastodon.design That’s an interesting point, that the stockpiling advice is really because of war but they can’t say that. And of course economic crash linked to that. Maybe all three will come all at once! At any rate: it probably really is a good idea to start stockpiling. And build community resilience.

@pvonhellermannn@mastodon.green Especially the community building. I believe that sustainability can happen only in cultures of solidarity (which implies community, but maybe even other forms of socialising), where cooperation and mutuality are valued more than competition.
