Sometimes bigots say "I don't understand why LGBTQ+ people have to be so in-your-face about their sexuality." We straight people are CONSTANTLY in EVERYBODY'S face about our sexuality, it's just that it's super common and completely normalized, so no one cares or even notices. Every time a dude introduces you to his wife/girlfriend, or a woman introduces you to her husband/boyfriend, they're essentially telling you "Yeah, we're totally boning, and on some level, you now know that."
