Have you heard of Älgens Hus (Moose cheese?) The sweedish milk Moose to make it. Moose cheese. Many meese milked for the cheese. Kinda like feta, but only made on one singular farm https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moose_cheese?wprov=sfla1
