Are there any nice self-contained package management solutions out there? I am looking for a package manager specifically built for small static tools that simply downloads stuff off a repo and puts it in the right places, so if anyone knows about something like it, please let me know! My requirements are as following: - Must be (somewhat) simple to use and in function - Must be available for a plethora of systems - Must primarily be a precompiled binary packaging type of solution as opposed to being source-based - Must not be vibecoded - Making repos for it should be easy I know this is kind of a shot in the dark, but I am curious, cause I am interested in packaging Makko for Linux systems, but I simply am not convinced of any of the existing solutions out there. #linux #pleaseBoost #unix #packageManager
