A life first: the hospital burrito. Initially it seems like an odd choice, but then you remember how many Latinos work in kitchens throughout California… The rice and black beans were cooked _perfectly_ and the bean & cheese burrito was simple/tasty. Salsa was as hot as it can be in a hospital (ie not hot at all) but still had a lot of flavor. No notes. Only problem was that I wanted more - will order two next time 😀
