Went searching in the forums for our current website for playing board games to see what benefit there was for connecting a Discord account to your account there, and landed in threads about "go woke, go broke" and how "the delusional 0.1%" were trying to "force neopronouns" on anyone and how deluded nonbinary people are. Cool, super cool, very relaxed community.[/s] (Also noting this thread I found is from 2020-21, starting with a votable suggestion to give accounts more gender options. I went to support it and vote for it, and it said it had been implemented. And yet, no it hasn't been implemented, I can only publicly say I'm one of two genders on the site currently, or abstain from saying anything.) This is especially gross feeling for me after this weekend, at Strategicon, one of my convention friends, a trans woman, had some guy say to her, "Go woke or go broke" and leave the game. Which was weird and off-putting but at least the guy took himself out of the game so nobody had to deal with his bullshit.
