@glennf@zeppelin.flights Both of my Siri Remotes lose the IR volume control periodically, often when the power gets low but not always. Luckily the Apple instructions for rebooting the remote always restores the IR volume control, on both our 2008 Sony & 2015 Panasonic TV’s. I have no idea how it knows what IR signal to use with each TV, but somehow it does 🙂
