@DrRyanSkelton Alright I need to think about something other than france right now, So the Kal'tsit alter is coming soon is or already came out I have not been following arknights stuff recently is she good or should I save?

Kalstit Alter and Closure are both out right now, you missed three or four days of free rolls on them. I think they are good. Kal Alter is a medic who can shoot true dmg and heal and can also Take Off which means you can place her basically anywhere and nothing in the game can touch her except for a few specific mechanics. Closure is cute and has a great voice and does a lot of damage and DP for a vanguard. It's a good banner to throw on if you've been saving, but I haven't seen a Kal Alter so I don't know how super good she is. Supposedly she is secretly super good though
