Unless you're suggesting that the traits shared include the incapacity for empathy, which I couldn't find in the article, I don't think you're addressing what I suggested. I think the blind person drivers license discrimination is a better analogy. Certainly some papers state that a brain scan is not diagnostic of psychopathy. That's valid too. If it doesn't work, I withdraw the suggestion.
