Back to business, City Hall looks great. Other than the missing signs downstairs, very organized. If there are federal folks, they’re in plainclothes and not bothering anyone. Security is a local contractor (Allied Universal), and while I can tell folks are reluctant to talk to me, they said they’ve not noticed or been approached by any federal monitors either.
To clarify, it’s actually normal to have outside monitors, so that wouldn’t really be cause for concern anyway.

Train thought; wish there was a way to signal to folks when reporting that I am not an influencer/saboteur. The internet does seem to have permanently made me a threat, Alex-Jones-til-proven-innocent. I get it, I even think it’s the right response from an opsec standpoint, it’s just depressing. I always feel a little bit like an asshole for bothering people, for forcing them to spend spoons in that way. I thought that experience would make that go away, and it doesn’t.
