You ever think about how many separate dystopian things had to coincide in order to make the AI-shaped region of the polycrisis so fucking bad?

@xgranade@wandering.shop I often note that people missed Animism so much that we *built* it. We built objects "vast and cool and unsympathetic" because we *craved* a Demon-Haunted World.
