@timbray@cosocial.ca Timely. I spend yesterday working with Claude on a large task (16k LOC by the end) that was basically a lot of grunt work. As a matter of principle, I'm against the use of LLMs, certainly non-local ones. As a matter of practice, I just got done in less than a day something that might have taken months otherwise. I don't want to pay the AI overlords, but I also don't want my own 26 year old libre project to become irrelevant. Tough choices to be made, and I don't want to make them.
