When I was bringing an outpatient to the cancer center several times a week for treatment, the volunteer pianist playing in the radiotherapy waiting room always wore a mask. The staff, rarely.

@nyhan@fediscience.org @arendleejessurun@musicians.today The lack of masking BY STAFF in HIGH-RISK medical facilities always BOGGLES my mind. I have regular appointments in cardiology and oncology and will sooooometimes see a masked medical assistant, but NEVER a masked nurse or doctor. 🤦🏻♀️🤯😭
