@internetsdairy@mastodon.art I think there are two different things here. in the Blumenthal thing I would describe it as "AI generated menu food" rather than "gen-AI". And "artificial generalised intelligence" is a hypothetical kind of AI that is the aim of all of this AI research - and the reason why the AI boom will crash.
