@handmade_ghost@sunny.garden yes! I can relate. What a sweet bird to be your first to know by sight & sound. A few weeks back, I saw one sitting quietly, very briefly, on a stake in the yard. Wasn't sure if it was a wren. Been hearing it singing and couldn't find it. Started looking up at all the trees, and shrubs. Cupping my ears to try and get a better idea of location. So glad I didn't scare it away today!
