A good cuppa is unbeatable.
I know what you mean about "less is better". I drink alcohol in small quantities these days. At times I think back with a blend of nostalgia and horror to the amounts I used to drink with fellow undergraduates.

@jemmesedi@c.im When I went back to Holland in 1976, after 2 years UK, I had a Last Drink with the cellarman from Euston St. An Irish boy same age, leaving as well to start as news-reporter after his study. I had to cross Trafalgar Square from A to B going home, but needed all sides. Yes, Guinness became a Favourite right after that, serving all the Irish living around Euston. "In same glass, please !
