It should be on its avoidance of Uruguayan sovereignty, including use of its currency. "The project proposes AI-augmented governance and tokenized citizenship rights through its proprietary PRAX token." Self-serving jargon and digitalized "rights" aside, which can be swept away with a click, this is just another company town.
