Indeed. It's obscene how those with the most privilege and power claim to be the ones victimized even as they victimize others.

Narcissism can be perpetuated in a toxic family dynamic and those people often feel victimised at the same time as they're being abusive. It can come from a place of deep insecurity and shame, so they're hurting and lashing out rather than getting the help they need.
