@eniko@peoplemaking.games Baking a cake is an analogy I like to make. Just baking it leaves you with a big piece of bread. 80% done.
You still need to trim the crust, reshape it, add the frosting, smooth out the frosting, etc. Now maybe you're 90%.
Decorate it! 95% done.
Now you need to make sure it's shippable. That means storing it properly and making sure it's good to travel if need be.
Only once it is presented to eat, is it truly 100% done.

@eniko@peoplemaking.games My mom is a pastry chef that specializes in cakes. I've watched the process a thousand times. The last 20% is where the most attention to detail and care is required.
