Lol. My BIL is moving back to New Zealand so my husband went to their leaving party last night. One of the first things he said to me is that he can't stand rich people. And yeah, they're the kind of people who make the rest of us "expats" look bad. They came with money and are now leaving with even more money. We were paid to come here with just enough money to meet the visa requirements and can't afford to move back to New Zealand. We can barely afford to visit! We literally live like the average Dutch person, but we get lumped in with the Amsterdam rich assholes. 😒
