I thought Inkscape has a rather meritocratic approach to which new tech implementation gets adopted, no? They - so I guess you too - boasted about this in the open? Did I get something wrong in the last 15 years? I am certainly not a tight follower (more server tech and fiance), but Inkscape was always a big candle to be shown. Huh...
