Stealthily sneaking up on their victim and striking the fatal blow from the open window.
Probably more effective using an e-bike on a footpath, leaving nothing but the tyre prints common to all food delivery e-bikes.

@Maker_of_Things@cupoftea.social @suearcher@toot.wales I was thinking mainly of stalking purposes. I was watching Mr Brooks and he brought his car inside the garage to clean and it set me off thinking about noise of cars in relation to killer purposes =)
