I think Great Bay Temple might be my favourite dungeon in the whole Zelda series.

Despite probably being my favourite though, I'm kind of surprised at how it is never at any point necessary to restore the flow of water to what is was when you first entered. If you're thorough in your explorations, you only need to change the flow of water in the engine room once. These puzzle-box-style dungeons work best when the main gimmick forces you to think holistically, which Great Bay Temple sorta misses the mark on. Still, a very fun time and very unique location.
