I excitedly bought the new China Mieville book a couple weeks ago at an excellent local bookshop.
It is enormous. Like, it’s more than 1,000 pages and so, in hardback, is a profoundly impressive tome.
Yeah. So. I wanted to actually READ it, and I often read in bed, and so I just bought a Kindle copy, too.
I am not sorry.

@chetman@hachyderm.io My eyes are such that I can only read on a Kindle, although I am increasingly interested in finding (or making) an open-source reader.
