I used to be so on board for FOSS/FLOSS but now I just watch as leaders of FOSS whether that be independent developers or organizations dedicated to FOSS rip the copper piping out of the walls and also pull rank as much as possible to keep their hold on said power/rank It just makes me realize no one actually cared about it at all, it just was a talking point until they could lord over someone as soon as they could ai generate, the Golden pillars of open source evaporated because it was never real everyone opened their nazi closets, hitched a ride on the ai train, and never looked back
